Just a quick update for the week.  I’ve been maintaining my running three days a week.  I’ve made myself complete 3 miles of running on the treadmill.  I’m still fighting my inner voice who is yelling at me to stop and just walk it.  But at least it’s a fight I’m winning.  I haven’t shredded since last Thursday.  I’m missing it.  Traveler was out of town this past weekend and he took the video with him since he is trying to do 30 days.  I am planning on doing it tomorrow though because my left calf muscle has been so tight since I’ve been running again.  I think Jillian with all of her lunges and “dynamic stretching” really helps them out.  I’ve been maintaining my 25 push-ups a day.  Sometimes I even do two or three sets throughout the day.  My diet hasn’t been the greatest, but I haven’t bought any junk food, so it’s not in the house.  I’m 15 miles away from hitting the 500-mile mark.  Even though I’m going to be out of town for six days at the end of the month, I’m going to hit it by month’s end.  I’m determined to at reach that goal.

  1. So glad you’re running again, or I would have to kick your butt when you come visit this weekend. Keep it up! And don’t listen to that inner voice…it’s evil.
