What I learned this week

Hmm. It’s been a hard week in some aspects.  What did I learn…

 I learned that if you take a week off of exercising, it takes twice as long for it not to feel agonizing.  We had company during the first week of the month, and I’m still not feeling the love of my treadmill.   Hopefully by the end of the week it will be better.

  1. I fell of the exercise wagon (spin classes specifically) last summer and I really have not got fully back – aarrghhh! Maybe this will inspire me……or maybe not!

  2. It IS hard to get back to exercise. I took time off over Christmas and I hurt for a week when I went back.

  3. I agree. It’s hard to get motivated all over again once you stop!

  4. Oh it’s SO hard to get back to exercising. I took a break over Christmas break. That was a year ago. A rather long break. I wish I could get up the gumption to go back to the gym!! 🙂
