It’s Wednesday

It’s time for the weekly check in with the Sisterhood.  This past week was not my best.  I had nightly committments almost every night last week, which meant that I had to get my work done in the afternoons as opposed to at night.  My afternoons are when I jump on the treadmill.  I also spent the weekend (literally the whole weekend) at a scrapbooking marathon and sat on my behind all day Saturday and Sunday.  I didn’t eat the healthiest either, but I didn’t just consume crap all day.  My body wasn’t screaming at me to eat and snack as my hands were busy all day.  So all in all, it was the worst week for me for exercise (or lack thereof) and not the best in the way of food.  I’ve been trying to make up for it since.  Monday I did 4 miles on the treadmill instead of my obligatory 3.5.  Yesterday I went skiing again with the girls.  Which is a ton of cardio due to the fact that I’m hauling at least 2 pairs of skis and a kid around with ski boots on for most of the day.  I’m planning on getting on the treadmill today and maybe even tomorrow and Friday.  I am still within reach of my goal of 30 miles for the month of January.  I think as of this past Monday I had 21 miles.  We will see how far over my goal I go, which will predict what my goal for February will be.  I’m planning on this week being significantly better than last week.

  3. Hey that sounds like a pretty good exercise week! Good for you and keep it up.

    I am jealous, you went to a scrapbooking all weekend marathon. That is my dream!
